“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. In considering the going concern basis, the directors have reviewed the Company's future cash requirements, earnings projections and capital projections for the period up to 31 July 2026. The directors believe these forecasts have been prepared on a prudent basis. The directors have concluded that the Company will be able to operate without requiring any external funding and therefore believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements of the Company on a going concern basis. This is supported by the Company's liquidity position at the year end.”
