Material uncertainty over going concern
In assessing the Company's ability to continue to operate as a going concern, the directors have considered the cash position of the Company, future profits from existing operations including consideration of the Group transfer pricing arrangements and, after making enquiries, have reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future or at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements. In making this assessment the directors have sought and obtained a letter of support from the ultimate parent company, Motorola Solutions, Inc. The ultimate parent company has confirmed support, should it be needed, for at least fifteen months from the date of approval of these financial statements, to ensure the Company can meet its liabilities as they fall due.
