“The Company has met and continues to meet its Solvency Capital Requirement ("SCR") and is therefore able to continues to operate as a going concern. Taking into consideration the impact of business environment volatility emanating from global conflicts and market volatility, based on the result of a stress test including a further market fall and a liquidity stress, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company would remain adequately capitalised and maintain sufficient liquidity to meet its liabilities as they fall due and would therefore be able to continue to operate as a going concern.”
