Notwithstanding net current liabilities of $4,249,022 (excluding debtors receivable after more than one year) as at 31 December 2025 the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company's going concern is dependent on Bristow Group not seeking repayment of the amounts currently due to the group, which at 31 December 2025 amounted to $ 3,604,628 (due within one year) and providing additional financial support during that period.
