“After making enquiries and reviewing analyses, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. Even if losses were to be incurred in future periods the Company is expected to remain solvent and will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
