“In assessing the going concern of the company for the period ending 31 December 2025 the directors have considered the company's cashflows, liquidity and business activities to 30 June 2027. As detailed in the financial statements the company had a cash balance of £10.3m at 31 December 2025 and based on the company's forecasts and budget the company can continue to operate without requiring external funding for the foreseeable future. The directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the company's financial statements based on their assessment in the aforementioned forecast and budget.”
