“The company has been experiencing some cash flow problems and the balance sheet is showing net current liabilities of £178,607 at year end. However, the sale of two of the investment properties for £330,000 in December 2025 has been used to repay a significant part of the directors' loans and inject cash into the company. Given this, the directors consider that the accounts can be prepared on a going concern basis.”
