  We draw attention to Note 2.3 in the financial statements, which indicates that the company had net liabilities and net current liabilities at the Balance Sheet date of $3,255,022 and $4,697,142 respectively and made a loss of $134,193 in the current year. These conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in Note 2.3, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
