“After making due enquiries and considering the impact of global and local inflationary pressures, the access to funds, potential downside scenarios, cross guarantees with fellow members of the UK Group cash pool, and strength of the ultimate parent undertaking, Veralto Corporation, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operation during the going concern assessment period to 31 December 2027. These considerations included the impact of inflationary pressures on the company, as well as the wider UK and Veralto Corporation group. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
