“As of 31 December 2025, the Company has a net current asset position of $27,560,213 (2024: $26,137,671) and generated a profit after taxation of $1,666,714 (2024: $1,681,154). According to the 2026 budget, which is based on the customer sales forecasts, purchase order agreements, and operational expenses, it is expected that this net asset position will not decrease significantly with sales exceeding the monthly breakeven and sufficient cash available to pay the creditors. As such, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least one year from the signing of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
