“After reviewing current performance and the Group's forecasts, projections (which includes the Company) and finance available to the Group, and taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance and the impact of the economic environment, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period to 31 December 2027. As these facilities are not committed for the entire going concern period this creates uncertainty however, the Directors are satisfied that, based on the relationships with the finance providers and the previous availability of the facilities, there is no evidence that the renewals may not be forthcoming on acceptable terms to the Group, and this does not result in a material uncertainty.”
