- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons: At 30 September 2025, the Company has positive net current assets and is profitable. In considering the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, the Directors have prepared a range of detailed cash flow forecasts for the Company for the period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, using a range of scenarios including the most severe but plausible downside scenario. This scenario models assumes all contracts up for renewal over the period are lost and no new contract wins. Even under this scenario, the Company has sufficient resources and liquidity to be able to continue to trade for at least 12 months from the date of the signing of these financial statements. Based on the above, the Directors believe it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “The Company had a solid year with a 2.3% (2024: 25%) increase in underlying revenue driven by two new prison contracts plus the full year effect of one contract that commenced part way through the prior year.”
- “Reported revenue however decreased due to a £3,559k historic intra-group adjustment relating to a group VAT correction.”
