“The directors have prepared both a base case and a downside cash flow forecast until June 2027 and have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis. Under both the base case and the severe but plausible downside scenario, the forecasts indicate that the group and company has sufficient liquidity to continue to settle its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
