“Given the Group had significant cash reserves of £17 1m, unencumbered fixed assets of £28 3m, net assets of £46 7m and no bank debt as at 30 September 2025, which broadly remains the same today, the directors consider the Group and Company can meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and so continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements”
