“The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves and borrowings. Management is required to perform severe but plausible downside scenario. The directors have received assurance from the group company, AS Watson Holdings, Limited that funding will continue to be made available. On that basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
