Affirmed

“The directors recognise that to maintain cleaning contracts it is vital to provide a high quality, value for money service and with this in mind the company ensures that all of its staff receive the best training available. A brand differentiation strategy through selective marketing has led to an increase in sales enquiries and consequent growth in new business prospects. The directors are mindful of all key contracts which are due to be renewed in the coming year and will be striving to ensure they are retained by the company. In the event that the company does lose a significant contract it would inevitably have to be managed by reviewing staff levels. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
