“The directors have reviewed a detailed cash flow forecast for the Company for the next 18 months and are happy with the forecasts. The parent company MCIKO Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG continue to support the Company. As at 31 December 2025, the company has net current assets of £5.3m which includes group creditors of £541k and cash of £1.6m. Taking the above into account, along with the Company's current cash and liquidity levels, post year end trading and expected future trading conditions, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
