The director recognises that the Company is dependent on continuing support from the wider Group and the Group is dependent upon support from a parent undertaking, SP UK Gaming LP confirming that the existing loan note facility will not be called for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. MGL has confirmed its support to London Clubs International Limited (LCI) and LCI has, in turn, confirmed its continuing support to the Company. The director expects this support to be forthcoming and is confident the Company will continue trading as a going concern.
