We have considered the adequacy of the disclosures made in note 1.2 to the financial statements in relation to going concern. We have concluded that tho going concern basis is appropriato, but following breach of the financial covenants, attached to the bank loan at 31 August 2025 and subsequently to the date of this report, a material uncertainty exists, due to the bank having the right to withdraw the facility.
