• “Since the year end the company has completed a refinancing of its property assets. On 18 June 2026 the company entered into a new secured funding facility, providing gross 'unding of approximately £9.9 million secured against the company's freehold properties. The proceeds were applied to redeem the company's existing secured borrowings, including a redemption payment of US$10,055,680.48 (£7,729,438.89) to the previous secured lender, whose legal charges over the properties were released on completion.”
