“The Group made a profit before tax of £4,134,747 (2024: £4,773,520) in the year ended 30 September 2025, and at that date had net assets of £32,719,000 (2024: £29,936,391), including net current assets of £2,257,363 (2024: £455,102). The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. This assumes that the Group will continue to trade for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. ... The Directors have prepared cash flow projections for the Group, including an assessment of reasonable but plausible sensitivities, which demonstrate that the Group will have sufficient available financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the Directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
