- “As part of the BSW Timber Group's strategy to consolidate the corporate structure, on 31st March 2025, the Bayram brand, trade, assets and liabilities of the Company were transferred to BSW Timber Solutions Limited. This change strengthens the position of the combined businesses, allowing us to offer an improved range of timber products, and enhanced service levels, to existing and new customers. The Company ceased to trade at this date and therefore these financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern.”
