“The company's management accounts show the company has continued to trade profitably subsequent to 31 December 2024 and the forecasts prepared by the directors' demonstrate that the company has sufficient working capital for a period exceeding 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. On the basis of the above and after making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
