“The directors have assessed the Company's financial position, available resources, and revenue streams for the foreseeable future. While the Company currently (at 31 July 2025) holds a small net current liability position, the new four-year revenue agreement commencing in the 2025/26 season and continuing through 2028/29 provides assurance that the Company will be able to meet its obligations for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors consider the going concern basis of accounting to remain appropriate.”
