• “During the year, as part of an internal group restructuring, Houlihan Lokey Advisory Switzerland GmbH (formerly Houlihan Lokey Switzerland AG) sold 100% of its shares in Houlihan Lokey Italy SrL to its affiliate, Houlihan Lokey EU (Holdings), LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Subsequent to this, the Company transferred its business operations to newly incorporated Houlihan Lokey Switzerland AG for book value, including 100% of the shares held in HL Germany AG.”
• “In the prior year, a loan receivable from the Company's subsidiary, Houlihan Lokey France SAS, was converted to capital in order to cover a deficit in the net assets of the subsidiary. This transaction decreased the amount receivable from the subsidiary by £2.9M and increased the value of investments in subsidiaries by the same amount.”
