- “On 14 February 2026, the Company entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement to dispose of certain motorhome, inventory and intellectual property rights assets to Indie Campers (an RV rental company headquartered in Portugal), for a purchase price of up to £24.7 million. The transaction completed on 31 March 2026 and is subject to customary post-completion adjustments. The sale excluded the Company's Edinburgh property and certain inventory assets. The financial impact of the transaction is currently being assessed and will be finalised in the subsequent financial year. Following completion, the majority of employees transferred to Indie Campers, and the Company has commenced an orderly exit from its United Kingdom and Ireland operations, including the disposal of remaining inventory.”
