“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes the Company will continue in operational existence for a period of twelve months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. At the year end, the Company had net liabilities of £4,205,503 (2024 - net liabilities of £220,227). The Company generated a net loss after tax of £3,985,276 (2024 net loss of £197,502). The Directors have assessed the financial position, as of the date of signing these financial statements, as well as the latest forecasts prepared by management of Group and business lines in which the Company operates, which have been sensitized for potential downturn in economic conditions. Furthermore, the ultimate parent company, AEA International Holdings Pte. Ltd, has undertaken, if called upon, to provide the funds necessary for the Company to continue as a going concern for twelve months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. Based on the factors outlined above, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of twelve months from the date these financial statements were approved.”
