“The company has prepared a cashflow forecast which shows that they have sufficient cash resources to continue to pay liabilities when they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The company has very few fixed costs and fixed costs are recharged to a fellow group company. Cash retained in the business is more than sufficient to cover these costs.
