“Although the company is in a net asset position and has generated a profit before tax, the directors note as referenced in the strategic report- that the company has been named on the list of tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers due to one particular supply chain. As part of their going concern assessment, the directors have considered the potential impact of the above matter when preparing the profit and loss and cash flow forecasts to December 2027. Based on these projections, together with the continued availability of the invoice financing facility, the directors are confident that the company will generate sufficient cash to meet its working capital requirements.”
