“The company is a non-trading holding company. The company does not require funding from the parent company, Diales Group Plc. However, a letter of support has been provided from the ultimate parent, confirming that it will not demand repayment of intercompany balances for at least the next 12 months from approval of the financial statements, unless the company has the ability to repay any amounts due. We therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these accounts.”
