The Company's ultimate parent has confirmed that it will continue to provide ongoing financial support, for a period no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, to enable the Company to meet its financial obligations and that the Company will not be required to pay obligations owed to any Group entities while its liabilities exceed its assets. The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent on this ongoing financial support and based on this it continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
