“In light of the above, the Directors concluded that there were no material uncertainties that would cast doubt on the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts (see Note 3(b)).”
