“Based on its current level of cash. it is expected that the Group will need to raise further equity finance, or potentially new loan finance, in the coming months, a situation which is deemed to represent a material uncertainty related to going concern. Considering the success of previous fundraisings and the current performance of the business, the Directors of Provexis pic have a reasonable expectation of raising sufficient additional equity capital or new loan finance to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Subject to the outcome of ongoing negotiations with a third party, the Group might also be able to hold some of its future stock requirements on a consignment basis, only paying for the stock when it was required for sale. For these reasons the Directors of the Company continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company's financial statements.”
