“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company generated a profit for the year then ended of £95,129 whilst the Company is in a overall net asset position of £6,609,257. The net current assets of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2025 are £103,072. The Directors have completed a budget for the next year which is profitable. However, if the requirement did arise financial support would be provided by the Parent.”
