“The Private Company receives all of its turnover from the Parent. The Parent has provided a letter of support surrounding its willingness and ability to provide advances for a period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements of the Private Company are signed to meet capital requirements should the need arise. Both the Private Company and Parent have adequate financial resources and as a consequence, the directors believe that the Private Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current uncertain economic outlook.”
