The transfer was completed as a going concern and included key operating assets such as stock and contracts, with the consideration based on the book value of assets less assumed liabilities on 1 January 2026.”
- “On 19 January 2026, subsequent to the reporting date of 31 December 2025, the Company, as borrower, received loan proceeds from Unicredit Bank GmbH, amounting to EUR 11,242,604. The loan was obtained to finance the further expansion of Ehrmann Cornish Dairy Limited. The total term of the loan agreement is 7 years, maturing on 30 June 2032. The first repayment installment is due on 30 June 2027. The loan facility was available as at 31 December 2025 but was drawn subsequent to the reporting date.”
