• “On 2 December 2024, the Company entered into an agreement with Burwash Minerals Corp, a Canadian company, to provide total funding of USD 70,000,000 in tranches. The funding will be used to complete the pilot trainer and establish a production line for the ARH50. In return, Burwash Minerals Corp will receive shares in the Company and exclusive rights to the USA, Canadian, and Mexican markets for the ARH50.”
• “On 7 June 2025, the Company agreed the Heads of Agreement with another party and is currently in advanced negotiations to finalise the terms of a further strategic collaboration.”
