The amount of the claim was unquantified. In February 2024, On the Beach entered into a partnership with Ryanair and the legal proceedings in Ireland were placed on hold. In July 2025, On the Beach and Ryanair agreed to dispose of the proceedings permanently and all legal action has now been concluded.”
