Material uncertainty over going concern
The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the next twelve months. In the base case and severe but plausible downside scenarios, these cash flow forecasts indicate that further funding will be required from the Company's parent undertaking Broadview Materials B.V. (previously Broadview Industries B.V.) to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Although Broadview Materials B.V. has historically since its acquisition, provided all necessary financial support to the Company to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due, the fact that the Company's parent undertaking does not provide a formal letter of financial support constitutes a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt with regard to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
