Based on their assessment, the Directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as they have concluded that the Company's financial position means that this is realistic for at least a year from the date of approval of these financial stateinents. However, the exploratory process indicates the existence of a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that the Company may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
