“The Directors have performed the Going Concern review, giving particular consideration to the Company's net liability position at year end. The Company's net liability position results from amounts due to related entities. FNZ Group Limited, the ultimate consolidating party, has confirmed to the Directors that, to the full extent of its resources, it will provide financial support to the Company, should it be required, for a period of twelve months from the Balance Sheet signing date. Consequently, the Directors are satisfied that sufficient resources are available to the FNZ Group to provide this support. Therefore, the Directors have confirmed that the financial statements should be prepared on a Going Concern basis.”
