Heart Holdco GmbH has indicated its intention to continue to make available such funds as are required by the Company and that it does not intend to seek repayment of the amounts currently due to the group, which at 31 December 2024 amounted to £9,140,000 during the going concern assessment period. As with any company placing reliance on financial support from other group entities, the directors acknowledge that there can be no absolute certainty that such support will continue.
