“The directors have considered the Company's current financial position, its likely future developments and the resultant cash flow risks and have concluded that they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. Additionally, underwriting capacity is supported by Funds at Lloyd's provided by Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd on behalf of the Company, refer to note 21. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
