“After reviewing the Company's performance projections, the pipeline of new and prospective clients, the impact of the macroeconomic factors set out above, and considering the support available from its parent Company, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations and to continue to operate for the foreseeable future, and for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The Company maintains a sufficient capital and liquidity position to meet its obligations as they fall due. Therefore, the Directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
