“As detailed in the notes to the financial statements, the Board continually monitors the financial position of the Company and has undertaken an assessment in determining the appropriateness of preparing the Financial Statements on a going concern basis. Having carried out this assessment, the Directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Financial Statements. In reaching this conclusion, the Board also considered the Company's performance and its assessment of any material uncertainties and events that might cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
