“The forecasts that we have prepared for the next 12 months indicate that we will have sufficient cash resources with which to meet our liabilities and obligations. The directors have stress tested the cash flow forecast and noted positive headroom even under stress tested conditions. The ultimate parent company, Imagica Group Inc. have informed the directors that financial support would be made available if required should management forecasts prove to be unattainable due to any unforeseen events and circumstances.”
