• “During 2024-25 year, the company took the decision to divest the Italian wholly-owned subsidiary, Autifony Srl. Terms for this management buy-out were agreed and the divestment was concluded in May 2025. During 2025/26, Autifony will continue to explore a potential pharma partnership for the progression of AUT00206 into Phase II clinical trials in epilepsy or Fragile X Syndrome. The company will also progress the collaboration with Jazz towards the next milestones. The collaboration with Bl reached its second milestone as expected in early 2026 and an extension of the agreement has now been signed for a further 12 months, providing new income for Autifony. Over 2026, we expect to initiate new proprietary drug discovery programmes and at least one additional new collaboration.”
