“As the current conflict in the Middle East continues to affect global transportation networks, we are closely monitoring potential implications for our supply chain. Based on our current assessment, we do not see any direct impact on our operations. DWK Ltd does not source materials directly from the affected region, and we generally do not rely on air freight as a transport mode. DWK Ltd is taking prudent measures to maintain robust supply continuity by adjusting and reinforce sea freight planning from Asia, increasing buffer times and shipment smoothing where possible. Proactively building inventory buffers, we aim to uphold a strong and reliable delivery performance despite the evolving external situation. Energy contracts are built on a buy ahead basis, enabling us to mitigate risks as a large proportion of the energy has already been procured for the next few years.”
