The Academy Trust has agreed to transfer out of the academy trust to Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership with a completion date being 1 February 2026. The Trustees therefore do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern as described in the accounting policies in Note 1. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
