“The Directors confirm that they consider that the going concern basis to be appropriate based upon current trading, cash & banking facilities and forecasts. The Directors have a detailed budget for more than 12-months from the date these financial statements are signed with cash-flow forecasting to give confidence the business remains a going-concern. The forecasts indicate the group can operate within its facilities and meet its liabilities as they fall due and accordingly the Directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The business remains profitable and cash generative with sufficient cash and reserves.”
